COL (Ret) Pete Seitz
The President is the Chapter’s chief executive officer with responsibility for overseeing implementation of both the operational and strategic goals of the Chapter. The Chapter President is especially involved in overseeing the chapter’s key mission areas: Soldier, Families and Veterans affairs and memberships. The President appoints the Secretary, Treasurer, and the non-elected Vice Presidents, as shown in the organizational chart. The President presides at Executive Committee and Board of Director meetings. The President also supervises the administration of Chapter affairs.
MAJ Jim Cragg
1st Vice President
The 1st Vice President reports to the President of the chapter. The 1st Vice President shall assist the President in the performance of Chapter activities and shall preside at Executive Committee and/or Board of Directors meetings in the absence of the President.
The focus area of responsibility for the 1st Vice President is Corporate and Army Strong Programs. The 1st VP leads all activities related to both GLAC AUSA Corporate Memberships and Army Strong Programs. This position is responsible for recruiting, retaining and managing Corporate Memberships, Army Strong memberships and any related programs.
2nd Vice President
The 2nd Vice President reports to the President of the chapter. The 2nd Vice President shall assist the President in the performance of Chapter activities and shall preside at Executive Committee and/or Board of Directors meetings in the absence of the President and the 1st Vice President.
The focus area of responsibility for the 2nd Vice President will be individual AUSA memberships. This will include civilian, retiree, active duty and other types of membership.
The Treasurer keeps the financial records and is the custodian of the Chapter funds. The treasurer leads the GLAC AUSA finance committee as well as overseeing the Chapter’s annual budget.
MAJ Diana Arnold
The Secretary is the principal administrative officer of the Chapter and is responsible for maintaining accurate files of all records, reports and documents pertaining to Chapter business.
VP OF COMMUNICATIONS
The VP of Communications shall be responsible for Community Relations, Media Relations, Chapter Newsletter, Website Maintenance, Communication with Members and Marketing.
VP OF PROGRAMS
The Vice President, Programs reports to the President of the chapter. The Vice President, Programs is a member of the Executive Committee and the President’s key leadership team. The Vice President, Programs provides leadership, guidance and oversight to all events organized, sponsored, or executed by the chapter.

VP OF EDUCATION
The Vice President of Education is responsible for managing the chapter support of the ROTC at local universities and JROTC in the Los Angeles Unified School District in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
LTC (Ret) Carl David
VP OF VETERAN PROGRAMS
The Vice President, Veteran Programs reports to the President of the chapter and serves as a member of the President’s key leadership team. The Vice President, Veteran Programs leads all activities relating GLAC AUSA’s support to Veterans. The responsibilities for this position include all Veteran programs, with a focus on supporting Veterans through the enhanced use of the Veteran Services Center (VSC) located at the Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos.

VP OF FAMILY READINESS
The Vice President for Family Programs is responsible for providing support to Active Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve units, Soldiers and families within the Chapter boundaries. In addition, the VP for Family Programs is in charge of recognizing family service volunteers, manning the Family Programs budget, organizing fund raising events and coordinating with unit/organization Family Programs volunteers and staff.
