Patti Mente

The Vice President, Programs reports to the President of the chapter. The Vice President, Programs is a member of the Executive Committee and the President’s key leadership team. The Vice President, Programs provides leadership, guidance and oversight to all events organized, sponsored, or executed by the chapter.

Patti Mente has been one of the most active and involved members of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of AUSA for more than 20 years.

In addition to her role as the Vice President of Programs, Patti also chairs the Recruiting Programs Committee. She travels all over Southern California to represent the chapter at various recruiting command events – making presentations and awards to top recruiters.

Patti’s has received two significant awards from AUSA: the 7th Region Soaring Eagle Award, which is given out by AUSA National; and the GLAC Chapter Founders Medal.

Patti has worked for the Northrop Grumman Corporation for more than 24 years. Her current position is Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Business Development.

In her spare time, she bowls, plays volleyball and golf, and is a very involved grandmother to three grandchildren. The other two hours left in her day… she sleeps!
